Totally Two Tuesday!

So as I am sitting here on my lovely couch watching reruns of The Cosby Show...I miss this show...I am thinking about Brevin's day. I laugh and I think to myself, "Wow..he is certainly a two year-old!" Bling, Bling, Bling, the lightbulb goes off...I started thinking about how I am going to call Tuesdays...Totally Two Tuesdays! I thought I could chat about the silly, the frustrating, and any story I would like about my two year old.

***As the potty training continues on, we added daycare into the scheme of things. Jenny, Brevin's baby-sitter, would ask him if he would like to go potty. Brevin's response, "No...I'll go later for mommy." So no luck at daycare on day one, but on to day two..he did try! Step-by-step we'll get there!

***Brevin's third birthday is next month! Mommy made a mistake asking Brevin what kind of party would he like...Thomas the Train wins! Okay, so picking out the theme wasn't the mistake, the mistake was telling a two year old that he is going to do have Thomas the Train party for his birthday that is 45 days away!!! What's the bet that mommy will get a question each morning about if his birthday is today.....hmmm..oops!

***Brevin learned his letters when he was 21 months old, and today he brought out his favorite letter game again and it is still so much fun to see him find the letters and sing the alphabet. How did he get so smart?

***Brevin brought out his goggles tonight and he decided that mommy's doors need to be fixed. So my little handy-man was off to work, hammering the doors! It will be nice to have a Mr. Fix-it around the house...already working on my list for him.

***Who knew...who knew that a two-year-old likes blankets layed a specific way when he is lying in bed? Who knew that mommy would get called to the bedroom 5 different times, because the blankets are still not right? Who knew that a two-year-old would already knows how to stall going to sleep? Who knew?
