Brevin's Update!

On Wednesday evening, Brevin's temperature spiked up to 104 again and he was talking nonsense with a little bit of halucinating. I decided that I needed to take him in to Urgent Care. After a strep throat test and a chest x-ray, I found out that Brevin has pneumonia. Poor little guy! After a late night trip to the Pharmacy to got Brevin's medicine, we finally got him to take some medicine and to sleep.

On Thursday, Brevin's temperature went down and I believe we need to thank Motrin for helping us on that one. Thursday night, Brevin had quite a difficult time with coughing...pretty much hacking and he and I were up until 3 am trying to control it. One word....EXHAUSTING!

Now it's Friday and Brevin and I stayed home from school and daycare and he is doing much better, his temperature is pretty much staying down, however he still remains a little warm. Now we are dealing with the crankiness and whining of an exhausted little boy! I will take that over a 104.5 temp!
